New Year’s Resolution II

I’m now in my mid-thirties, and I really need to seriously work on improving my strength and fitness. I know it’s a cliche to make this a New Year’s resolution – but what the hell, now is as good a time as any to start working on it.

I’ve decided to start working with free weights:
